An active member of the OAUG since 2004, Hipp has served on the OAUG's education, finance, governance, international, marketing, and meetings and conferences committees. She was elected in 2011 to the OAUG Board of Directors, where she served as the board secretary in 2013 and 2016 and president elect in 2017.
